Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all enquiries, reservations and stays at Kutani Stays by Ramat Niwas, Jaipur.
Bookings & Payments
- A reservation is confirmed only after we acknowledge it in writing and receive the agreed advance.
- Tariffs are per room, per night and may vary by season, occupancy and event dates.
- Applicable taxes are charged as per prevailing government rates.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in from 2:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- A valid government photo ID is required for every adult guest at check-in.
- Occupancy is limited to the number of guests confirmed in the booking.
Guest Conduct & Property
- Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to property during the stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Quiet hours apply after 11:00 PM.
- Outside decor, catering or music arrangements require prior written approval.
Liability
We take reasonable care of guests and their belongings but are not liable for loss of valuables left unattended, or for disruptions caused by events beyond our control.
