Restored Rajput Haveli
A century-old family residence, sensitively restored arch by arch.

Heritage Style Hotel · Jaipur
Kutani Stays by Ramat Niwas is a twelve-key heritage house of carved arches, quiet courtyards and warm Rajasthani hospitality — minutes from Amer Fort and the Pink City.
The Haveli

Ramat Niwas began as a family residence built in the classic Rajput idiom — scalloped arches, jharokha windows, thick lime walls and an open courtyard that catches the first light of the day.
The restoration kept every original detail we could save, and added only what makes a modern stay effortless: quiet air-conditioning, deep bathtubs, fibre Wi-Fi and beds dressed in Jaipur cotton.
With just twelve keys, the house never feels like a hotel. Breakfast is served where you like it, the kitchen cooks to your taste, and our team plans your Jaipur day around you.
