Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please review these terms before confirming a room or group booking with Kutani Stays by Ramat Niwas.
Room Cancellations
- Cancelled 15 days or more before check-in: full refund of the advance, less payment gateway charges.
- Cancelled 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% of the advance is refunded.
- Cancelled within 7 days of check-in: the advance is non-refundable.
- No-show or early check-out: no refund for unused nights.
Group & Celebration Bookings
Full-property, celebration and group bookings follow the terms confirmed in writing at the time of booking, as decor, catering and staffing are arranged in advance.
Date Changes
One date change may be permitted at no charge if requested at least 15 days before check-in, subject to availability and any tariff difference.
Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method. Bank or gateway charges are not refundable.
